Artists Gear was created by Matt, a graphic animator and software fanatic. Our site is contributed to by animators and artists who enjoy discovering the latest and greatest software solutions for creating original stories and entertainment. 

Our focus is on solo creators who are either just starting out in animation or currently working on projects as a “one-person studio” (or at least close too!). We’re not against working with others, but we get inspired when hearing of solo animators creating beautiful work, to professional standards previously not possible, because of the advancement in technology and resources today.
